EPWP reporting and monthly progress reporting
We pride ourselves on the timeous and accurate EPWP Reporting and Monthly Progress Reporting to clients. Our services include monthly consolidated EPWP reporting, monitoring progress to ensure that targeted outcomes of the programme are achieved. We identify EPWP opportunities; develop an EPWP Implementation strategy and IDENTIFY EPWP PROJECTS. Our professionals’ hold an NQF 5 labour-intensive construction certification, which is a SETA accredited training for the Management of Civil Engineering construction processes as well as in NQF 7 labour-intensive construction.
Water and sewer upgrade projects
We have a wide range of experience in the design and construction management of both urban bulk water projects as well as rural water schemes, which includes:
- construction of pipelines (up to 450mm
- reservoirs
- pump stations, etc.
Road upgrade projects
We have a wide range of road design experience that range from local, district roads to major freeways, dual carriageways, grade-separated interchanges and road rehabilitation projects. We are certified as a Green Road Sustainable Transportation Professional.
We have undertaken the design of numerous major culverts, bridges and low-level crossings. Our strategy is to develop cost-effective, practical and appropriate roads that match the road class as well as community needs and our client’s expectations.
Human settlement services
We have vast experience in being an implementing agent of RDP housing and CRU residential units, township services and planning on human settlements projects. We are able to fast track the service delivery of low-income housing development and to transfer skills to the Municipality which would enable them to improve service delivery. We look to transfer skills within the project to those underprivileged individuals that would otherwise not have the opportunity to gain the skills necessary to find employment in the future.
We, therefore, place a big emphasis on combining experienced contractors with local labour and local contractors, in order for the transfer of skills to take place.
Civil engineering infrastructure
Our green engineering infrastructure specialists provide a coordinated package of civil services for both municipalities and private developers. These services include roads, stormwater drainage, water and sewage reticulation, platforms, community facilities, and housing projects across the development spectrum. Our infrastructure specialists experience range from low-high income housing, industrial parks and eco estates. The section head has a PHD in Green Township Engineering and has been involved in over 50 developments such as municipal townships, Private developments, Commercial Complexes, Industrial Parks, and Community Buildings including Schools, Institutes and clinics.
Funding applications, project management & feasibility studies
We have extensive experience in the field of Funding Applications, Project Management, undertaking Feasibility Studies, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
